This collection showcases contemporary architecture across both civic and residential sectors.

The institutional buildings, likely police or public safety facilities, are characterized by a monumental presence. Their design features bold, angular forms, substantial use of exposed concrete or stone, and large expanses of glass. Interiors reveal dramatic, multi-story atria with high ceilings, glass railings, and dark, polished stone floors. Warm wood paneling is strategically integrated to provide contrast and warmth to the otherwise industrial palette, establishing an atmosphere that is both secure and welcoming.

The multi-family residential projects present diverse contemporary styles. Some adopt a minimalist, blocky aesthetic with flat roofs, dark trim, and a mixture of neutral-toned facades and dark accent panels, emphasizing horizontal massing and prominent balconies. Another style features a more textured, modular facade with ample integrated vertical landscaping, green roofs, and a lighter, vertical massing. A third style leans toward a traditional modern approach, using classical architectural elements like pilasters and heavy trim on stucco or light masonry to create a more formal, symmetrical appearance. Across all designs, there is a strong emphasis on curated landscaping, generous glazing, and the creation of appealing, walkable outdoor spaces that connect the buildings to their immediate environment.
