I finally pulled the trigger. The John Deere X758 has been a great machine, but it was time to step up to something with a bit more... presence. Today we’re doing a walkaround of my new John Deere 5060E equipped with the 500M front-end loader and a 3-point hitch.
I’m already thinking about attachments. A finish mower is a given, but I’m leaning toward a batwing to really make short work of the property. Is this too much tractor for what I need? Probably. Am I going to enjoy every second of it? Absolutely. Let me know in the comments what implement I should hook up first.
