A huge variety of large RC tractors, e.g. John Deere 8RX, 9530, Claas, Fendt, Hanomag, Schlüter, Lanz and many more or are in action over this weekend in Effingen, Switzerland at the 6th International Agricultural Machinery Meeting 2024. Here is a first video from today, Friday.

For RC enthusiasts on an area of ca. 700 m2 a RC landscape for agricultural RC models was planned and built down to the last detail. In the two weeks before the event, a construction team installed around 100m3 of earth, 150m2 of turf and 10m3 of sawdust. In ca. 500 hours of work, ten men layed out the mountains, fields and roads, place the buildings and lay the tracks of an LGB garden railroad and decorated the landscape meticulously. Over this weekend, around 200 model drivers from Switzerland and abroad will demonstrate around 500 vehicles in operation, such as mowing grass, baling bales, plowing, moving earth, loading wood onto trucks or the railroad and much more.
