Massive Mountain Tunnel Construction! Epic Miniature Engineering to Boost Farm Trade

Welcome back to the channel! In today’s episode, we are embarking on one of our most ambitious miniature construction projects to date. Our growing farm has been isolated by a massive rocky mountain, making it difficult to transport goods and resources. To solve this and boost our farm trade, we are building a heavy-duty mountain tunnel from scratch!
This video captures the full construction process, blending civil engineering principles with the art of scale modeling. We don’t just move dirt; we build infrastructure. You will see the entire journey, starting from the geological survey of the mountain to the final breakthrough that connects our farm to the rest of the world.
Phase 1: Excavation & Earthmoving
Using our fleet of RC heavy equipment, we began the grueling process of excavating the mountain. Watch as the RC excavators and dump trucks work in tandem to remove layers of rock and soil. Precision is key here—one wrong move could lead to a miniature landslide! We focused on creating a stable entrance that could handle heavy miniature traffic.
Phase 2: Structural Engineering & Reinforcement
A tunnel is only as good as its support system. In this phase, we move into the "Engineering" side of things. We used high-strength cement mixtures and metal reinforcements to create the tunnel lining. I’ll show you how to mold the archway to ensure it can withstand the weight of the mountain above. This part of the process is incredibly satisfying as you see the raw earth transformed into a clean, industrial passage.
Phase 3: Detailing and Landscaping
To make this look as realistic as possible, we applied realistic rock textures, weathering effects, and mountain greenery. We added miniature LED lighting inside the tunnel for safety and aesthetics, ensuring that our farm trucks can navigate the passage day or night. The final result isn't just a hole in a hill—it’s a realistic piece of infrastructure that looks like it belongs in the real world.
The "Breakthrough" Moment
The most exciting part of this video is the breakthrough! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the two sides of the tunnel finally meet. This new route will drastically improve our farm’s logistics, allowing us to transport "harvested goods" much faster than before.
