With NX Horizon Hail Pro, solar solutions provider Nextracker takes hail event preparation and response to the next level. While severe hailstorms can pose existential threats to solar power plants, Hail Pro offers owners and operators a suite of tools to be prepared. Thanks to its advanced design, NX Horizon can already stow up to four times faster than standard trackers - time that is crucial when hailstorms hit. The industry’s most hail-capable tracking system features 60° stowing angles as standard.

In regions prone to exceptionally large hail stones, Hail Pro-75 now enables stowing angels up to 75°. In addition, advanced software allows operators to use forecast data to program auto stowing according to their parameters. Or they use the one-button-command to manually start stowing action. In either case, Hail Pro warrants their power plant against 360° structural wind damage no matter in which direction modules are facing.
