This run shows a fairly efficient route through Medical on 3/3/3/3 difficulty. Not a speedrun or anything too crazy, but an example of one way to clear the level in under 25 minutes while collecting a majority of the resources present.

Timestamps should also include the secrets for the level. The asterisked items are optional, but this run goes for 0% security and the early magnum secret. You could comfortably shave this down below 20 minutes by exiting from the elevator immediately and skipping the last medpack picked up in Beta.
