Before construction even starts.

This is where most civil engineers feel stuck.

Because in college:
• Subjects are taught separately
• Focus is on theory
• Real project workflow is missing

But in industry:
• Work is not subject-wise
• Work is project-wise
• Multiple teams work together

This gap between college education and real industry is the real reason
why civil engineering students struggle, feel lost, and doubt themselves.
